We have substantial experience in the education sector having completed over 20 Schools in the last 5 years in the Cambridge area. We have successfully designed the M&E services in all types of education projects from new large education campus’ to small primary school extensions. We have also completed various education projects catering for pupils with specialist physical needs and those with emotional and mental health needs.
Our added value is in the complex refurbishment projects requiring multiple construction phases. Our detailed surveys and practical backgrounds allows to provide realistic solutions that allows continued smooth running of the schools alongside completion of refurbishment works. In the last five years we have completed the designs on over a thousand apartments spread across multiple projects mainly in the Greater London areas. With repeat business from our Developer Clients we are able to provide M&E designs to meet their exacting requirements to ensure that the property standard suits the intended buyers’ market. Completed schemes include low rise and high rise developments and include all the complexities of heating, cooling and ventilating properties in areas with high levels of external noise and pollution. We have recently undertaken the M&E Services design for the refurbishment of a 4 storey 3,500m2 in central Cambridge. The building was a single occupancy building and required segregation of services to achieve a split tenancy arrangement. We have completed various commercial office space refurbishment projects in Cambridge and understand our Clients’ needs for achieving optimum rental returns. Recent projects include:
Project Type: Ministry of Defence
Our most recent project included the completion of three new buildings at an RAF base in Norfolk. The buildings were to accommodate the expansion of the RAF’s current abilities and comprised a Logistics Centre, Maintenance & Finishing facility and Integrated Training Centre.
