A new build 55 apartment development spread over two towers (five floor and eight floors) comprising of private and affordance dwellings. The project also included below ground parking plus two large commercial units at ground floor level. The scheme utilises central heating plant and a CHP unit serving individual heat interface units in each apartment providing hot water and heating via radiators. The scheme required major upgrades to local utility infrastructure with a new UKPN network substation incorporated into the scheme. Project due for handover Summer 2019.
